Architecture first.
Exterior
A deliberate expression of minimalism and considered proportions. Charred wood, black aluminium windows and steel canopies form a calm composition of natural materials that age gracefully. Technical elements are concealed, keeping the form clean.
Interior
A balance between functionality and aesthetics. Wood and steel create a warm, raw yet balanced character; every detail supports everyday comfort, down to hidden ducted air conditioning.
Designed to move
A special plywood that is 35-40% lighter than the standard plywood used in Europe makes our cabins more mobile and easier to transport.
How we build
From the first beam
to the final check.
Every cabin is built to order at our production facility near Warsaw, by the same team and to the same standards from start to finish.
- 01Timber frameA Canadian-style frame from C24 structural timber is assembled on a steel base.
- 02Insulation & weather protection100 mm Knauf mineral wool in walls, floor and roof, wrapped in protective membranes.
- 03InteriorPlywood walls and ceilings, kitchen, bathroom and all technical installations.
- 04Finish & final testingCharred timber cladding, then 1-2 weeks of testing: water under pressure, heating, stove and electrics.
Process
From order to installation
Production typically takes 16 weeks, depending on the model, configuration and number of ongoing orders. Site preparation and utility infrastructure are the client’s responsibility unless otherwise agreed.
- Specification & contractWe agree on specification, equipment and delivery. 55% is due on signing the contract.
- ProductionBuilt to order near Warsaw, typically in 16 weeks. 25% is due once the frame is complete.
- Final inspectionInspect your cabin at our facility or online. The final 20% is due after inspection, before delivery.
- Prepared for arrivalFour stable support points and the agreed utility connections are prepared on site.
- On-site installationOur team positions the cabin on the prepared supports, typically within one working day.
