This mobile cabin, approximately 16 m², is designed as a versatile, year-round solution suitable for both private and commercial use.

The structure uses timber frame construction and is finished with wood burned using the Shou Sugi Ban technique, making it durable, aesthetically striking, and naturally suited to any landscape.

While our signature cabins feature the timeless beauty of Shou Sugi Ban charred wood, we also offer a wide selection of exterior finishes to suit different architectural styles and personal preferences.

Choose from a carefully selected palette of natural wood tones, modern painted finishes, and contemporary colors - all designed to preserve the natural texture of the timber while ensuring long-lasting protection against the elements.

Whether you prefer a warm, rustic appearance or a clean, modern aesthetic, your cabin can be finished to match its surroundings and your vision.

Full functionality within 16 m².

Our cabins are thoughtfully equipped with everything you need for everyday living:

• a fully fitted kitchen (available in electric or gas version)
• a complete set of essential installations
• a Hitze stove
• a fully equipped bathroom

ROHEIM is not permanently attached to the ground or to a trailer.

It can be transported by an off-road or delivery vehicle - all you need is a 3.5 t tow hitch and a driver with a BE license.

This makes it easy to change location and adapt to different needs.

In practice, this means that even in the basic version you receive a turnkey-finished cabin - ready to move in, with high-end equipment.

This cabin works perfectly as

  • a recreational city-break getaway

  • a retreat in nature

  • a guest house next to your main home

  • a cabin on a plot of land

  • In larger numbers, it can also serve as a foundation for a complete hospitality setup, such as a glamping site or a small resort.
